DMR-Fujitsu to participate in ASIQ symposium

DMR-Fujitsu will be taking part in the Quebec information security symposium (Colloque québécois de la sécurité de l'information - CQSI) to be held this October 18 and 19. Organized by the Association de la sécurité de l'information du Québec (ASIQ), this event will be held in the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu de La Malbaie Hotel under the theme Networks, Resources, Next Generation: The New Rules of the Game!

As a Silver partner of the CQSI, DMR-Fujitsu will thus have an opportunity to meet with specialists involved in various sectors of security to form contacts while promoting their own information security offering.

DMR-Fujitsu’s information security offering is complete and covers all needs, from governance to implementation: auditing, consulting, solution integration, hosting and operation of secure solutions. It takes into consideration the legislative, human, organizational and technological aspects of information security and is presented in three parts: strategic, tactical and operational.

Also, during the symposium, Mr. Denis Cyr, associate director at DMR-Fujitsu, will be giving a talk on October 19 at 1:30 pm. Titled “Real Changes in an Increasingly Virtual World!” (Changements bien réels dans un monde de plus en plus virtuel!), the talk will provide an overview of the opportunities offered by virtualization and the downsides it has, particularly when it comes to security.

More details are available on the ASIQ Web site.
