Quebec’s Ministry of Employment and Social Solidarity (MESS) has engaged DMR-Fujitsu to do the analysis and coaching work related to the modernization of Emploi-Québec services. This $3 M project started in April 2010 and is expected to last until April 2013.
The mandate involves advising and coaching Emploi-Québec managers regarding the reengineering and optimization of business and work processes.
To achieve the customer’s objectives, DMR-Fujitsu consultants will be responding to requests involving the demand analysis and definition of the workload and assigned resources, as well as development and its monitoring.
