DMR-Fujitsu and Multipro took part in the Project Management Institute (PMI) Lévis-Québec Spring Forum, which was held on April 20 on the theme “Mon équipe, mon défi” (My team, my challenge).
DMR-Fujitsu was able to promote its project management services and present its Remote Delivery Center. Multipro was able to promote its outsourcing services.
Pierre Jutras (Multipro) and Louis Roy (DMR-Fujitsu) attended this event, which gave them the opportunity to develop ties with other participants, primarily from the insurance sector. Over 150 IT and project management specialists obtained information on the DMR-Fujitsu and Multipro offering.
The program for the day covered topics such as generation management, winning attitudes, strategic leadership, the debate between Agile and PMI, managing a multicultural team, stimulating a project team’s creativity, and mobilizing forces.
