DMR has been engaged to coach the Quebec Housing Corporation (Société d'habitation du Québec - SHQ) with the design and implementation of a new business model. This work on this project is valued at $2.5 M.
As part of a major organizational transformation, DMR consultants are coaching SHQ managers with the design of a new business model and the development and implementation of new business and work processes for the SHQ and the housing network. This is a very large project because all SHQ administrative units and the close to 2,000 public bodies directly tied to it are being targeted by these changes.
It is worth mentioning that this project fits within government guidelines advocating the simplification of administrative approaches, the delivery of more specific services to citizens and the lowering of unit costs for the products and services provided.
